Mousson Design is a business name used by Andriy Miyusov and is not currently a separate registered legal entity.

For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), Andriy Miyusov is the controller of the personal data collected through this website.

6. Contact form

The website contact form is provided through Framer.

When you submit the form, the information may be:

• processed through Framer’s infrastructure;

• delivered to the Mousson Design Gmail inbox;

• stored in a private Google Sheets document used to manage inquiries;

• checked using Framer’s basic anti-spam functionality.

  
  

Providing information is voluntary. However, we generally need an email address and message to respond.

Framer explains that the website owner acts as controller of personal data collected through the site, while Framer may process form information on the owner’s behalf.

7. Framer

The website is built and hosted using Framer.

Framer may process technical information required to:

• host and deliver the website;

• provide form functionality;

• prevent abuse;

• maintain infrastructure security;

Framer’s built-in analytics does not use persistent cookies. It uses a daily rotating method to estimate unique visits and does not intentionally retain information that identifies individual website visitors.

8. Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager is used to manage website tags, including analytics, conversion-measurement and advertising tags.

Google Tag Manager itself is primarily a tag-management system. It controls when configured services may load or receive events.

Google Tag Manager also receives the consent status selected through the website’s cookie banner.

9. Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with the website.

Depending on consent, Google Analytics may process:

• page views;

• visit duration;

• traffic sources;

• approximate geographical information;

• device and browser information;

• interactions with website elements;

• form-start events;

• successful form-submission events;

A successful contact-form submission is measured as a generate_lead event.

We do not intentionally send the content of contact-form messages, names or email addresses to Google Analytics.

Google Analytics data associated with user identifiers and events is configured to be retained for 14 months. This setting primarily affects detailed explorations and funnel reports.

10. Google Ads

We may use Google Ads to advertise Mousson Design through Google services and partner websites.

Google Ads technologies may be used for:

• measuring advertising clicks;

• recording conversions;

• determining whether an inquiry followed an advertisement;

• campaign attribution;

• limiting repeated advertisements;

• building remarketing audiences;

• displaying personalised advertising where permitted;

Google Ads conversion tracking may receive information when a visitor performs an action such as successfully submitting the contact form.

Google’s Conversion Linker may store advertising-click information in cookies whose names begin with _gcl_, including names such as _gcl_aw and _gcl_gs, and may also use browser local storage.

Google advertising tags adjust their behaviour according to the consent signals sent through Google Consent Mode.

11. Meta Ads and Meta Pixel

We may use advertising services provided by Meta, including advertising on Facebook and Instagram.

The Meta Pixel may be used for:

• measuring visits from Meta advertisements;

• recording website events;

• measuring successful inquiries;

• campaign attribution;

• creating advertising audiences;

• remarketing;

Meta documents identifiers such as fbp, which represents a browser identifier associated with the website domain, and fbc, which may represent a Facebook advertising click identifier.

Meta Pixel must remain blocked until the visitor provides marketing consent through the cookie banner.

We do not currently use Meta Conversions API or intentionally transmit contact-form content to Meta.

12. Enhanced conversions and advanced matching

At the date of this policy, Mousson Design does not intentionally send contact-form email addresses, names or phone numbers to:

• Google Enhanced Conversions;

• Google Customer Match;

• Meta Advanced Matching;

Standard Google Ads conversion measurement and Meta Pixel event measurement may operate without sending the contents of the contact form.

Selecting Accept permits analytics and advertising consent categories.

You may change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time by selecting Cookie settings in the website footer.

You may also delete stored website data through your browser settings. The cookie banner should then appear again during your next visit.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Deletion

Information that is no longer reasonably necessary will be deleted, anonymised or securely archived where applicable.

20. Your rights

Subject to the conditions and limitations of applicable law, you may have the right to:

• request correction of inaccurate data;
